Onboarding — live in three weeks

How we get started

Live in three weeks

We don't leave you alone with the rollout: we fill up the backoffice together and review the first weeks with you.

  1. 1

    Assessment

We go through your current process, your POS and your guest base, and pick the first two modules.

  2. 2

    Setup

Loading in the branding, menu, rewards and top-up tiers — we fill up the backoffice together.

  3. 3

    Go live

Staff training, a launch campaign and a joint review of the first weeks.

Labels used in the catalog

  • In development — underway, shipping soon.
  • Planned — on the roadmap, can be prioritized on request.
  • Every other feature is already live today.

Step by step

What actually happens in those three weeks

The three rollout steps aren't three meetings. Each one has a chunk of shared work and a few things worth preparing on your side — both are listed below, step by step.

  1. 1

    Assessment

We go through your current process, your POS and your guest base, and pick the first two modules.

    What we work on together

    • We walk through how ordering, payment and regular-guest handling work today
    • We look at which POS or stand software runs at the venue
    • We pick the two modules you'll start with

    What's worth preparing

    • The name of your current POS or stand software
    • How many venues will sit under the account
    • Whether you already have a Számlázz.hu or Billingo account
  2. 2

    Setup

Loading in the branding, menu, rewards and top-up tiers — we fill up the backoffice together.

    What we work on together

    • We load the menu: images, descriptions, allergens, nutritional values and options
    • We set up the levels, challenges and rewards in the loyalty CMS
    • We define the top-up tiers and the bonus credit that comes with them
    • We connect your Számlázz.hu or Billingo account

    What's worth preparing

    • Your current menu with prices and allergens
    • Your logo and brand colors
    • How much bonus you'd give on top-ups
    • Which rewards you'd launch with
  3. 3

    Go live

Staff training, a launch campaign and a joint review of the first weeks.

    What we work on together

    • We train the staff on the order monitor and on starting a top-up at the counter
    • We put the launch campaign together: push, email and a feed post
    • We review the numbers from the first weeks together in the backoffice analytics

    What's worth preparing

    • Who owns the system at the venue
    • When the launch campaign should run
    • Which shifts will come to the training

After week three

What it looks like once you're live

Going live isn't the end of it, but the day-to-day moves over to you: from then on the backoffice is yours.

The content stays in your hands

Rewards, challenges, offers and feed posts from the loyalty CMS — no developer round trip.

You see what moved, every week

The AI report summarizes the week's numbers in plain text: what went well, what dropped, what's worth doing next.

The other modules come when you want them

Every module can be introduced on its own and the price doesn't change for it — the second round can start a month later.

The roadmap stays open

Features marked as planned are on the roadmap and can be prioritized on request.

Overview

One system, three points of view

The guest uses one app, the staff works in one interface, the owner sees the numbers in one place. The same data in three views — not three separate contracts.

For the guest: one app

Loyalty program, credit, ordering and tickets in the same app. Nobody has to download five apps just to spend money at your place.

For the staff: one interface

Ordering, entry scanning and service from one backoffice, with structured tickets. Shorter training, fewer mix-ups at peak time.

For the owner: one number

Every transaction, campaign and guest movement in one database, auditable and reported — you don't have to export anything to make a decision.
