What actually moves the price

Pricing is built around two things: the package fee, which covers every module, and the rollout, which isn't a separate line item. Below are the few things that genuinely decide the number.

No per-module pricing

All eight modules are in the Standard package with no limits. You can roll them out one at a time, the price doesn't change for it, and a module switched on later doesn't cost extra.

Unlimited venues

Several venues can run under one account, each with its own feed and its own default language. A second location doesn't mean a second subscription.

How the Standard fee is built

For the first six months it's a flat 4,999 HUF/month + VAT. After that it's 4,999 HUF/month + 200 HUF/MAU + VAT, where MAU means monthly active user — so the fee follows the guests who actually use the app.

The rollout isn't a separate line

The onboarding consultation and the staff training are part of the Standard package, and the assessment itself is free and commits you to nothing.

When you need Enterprise

If you need whitelabel branding, an open API, custom integrations, POS price sync, custom analytics views, a dedicated account manager or operations backed by an SLA — those come with custom pricing.

FAQ

The questions we get most about price

What does MAU mean in the Standard price?

MAU is monthly active user. For the first six months the fee is a flat 4,999 HUF/month + VAT; after that 200 HUF/MAU + VAT is added — so the fee follows the guests who actually use the app.

Do I need a separate subscription per venue?

No. The Standard package allows unlimited venues under one account, and every venue can have its own feed in the app, with a default language set per location.

Do I have to roll out all eight modules at once?

No. Every module can be introduced on its own and the order is up to you: most partners start with credit or loyalty and expand from there. The price doesn't change based on how many modules you've switched on.

What does the rollout cost?

The onboarding consultation and the staff training are part of the Standard package. The assessment is free and commits you to nothing, and the rollout itself takes three weeks, with a joint review.

Do I need a Számlázz.hu or Billingo account?

Yes — using the system requires either a Számlázz.hu or a Billingo account with API access. The integration generates an invoice automatically for every ticket sale, keeping your paperwork compliant with Hungarian tax rules.

Which payment methods can I accept?

For credit top-ups: bank card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. For ticket sales: bank card via Barion, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer. The payment gateway's fees come on top of the package price.
