Credit is a prepaid balance inside your own app: the guest tops up with a bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and from then on spends money that is already with you. The revenue arrives before the consumption does, and the bonus credit tied to top-up tiers is yours to set — you decide how much it is worth putting up a larger amount in one go.

Tips don't disappear just because nobody carries cash
Digital tipping arrives tied to the order: the guest adds it in the same payment step, so the tip is no longer loose change on the counter but a line item that can be settled transparently towards the staff. It works in the in-person flow too, where the guest orders the way they always have.
