NTAK data reporting, invoicing with Billingo and Számlázz.hu, POS price sync, webshop and an open API. You don't have to replace your POS because of Cheers.
What each integration handles, and what it asks of you
An integration isn't a long list — it's a handful of concrete connections. Below we go through them one by one: what each one takes off your plate, and what you need to have ready at the venue.
NTAK data reporting
Ticket sales data is submitted in real time, in line with Hungarian regulations. Reporting is part of the ticket sales flow, not a separate monthly admin task.
What it needs
No manual data entry at the venue: the system works from the ticket data itself.
Invoicing with Billingo and Számlázz.hu
The integration issues an invoice automatically for every ticket sale, and credit top-ups produce a sequentially numbered receipt that meets accounting requirements.
What it needs
A Számlázz.hu or Billingo account with API access. We connect the account during the setup phase.
POS price sync
Digital menu prices come straight from your POS software, and price versioning preserves which price was valid when. You don't have to replace your POS because of Cheers.
What it needs
Price sync is part of the Enterprise package and needs the connection agreed on the POS side.
Payments at top-up and at checkout
Credit top-ups run on bank card, Apple Pay and Google Pay; for ticket sales the guest can choose bank card via Barion, Apple Pay, Google Pay or a bank transfer.
What it needs
The payment gateway's own fees come on top of the package price.
Webshop integration
Guests can pay with credit in the webshop too, and loyalty counts there as well — a webshop purchase lands in the same guest profile as an on-site order.
What it needs
An existing webshop, and the connection scoped out together.
Open API and custom integrations
If the venue runs a system that isn't on the list, it can be connected to Cheers through the open API — together with the permission levels it needs.
What it needs
The open API and custom integrations are part of the Enterprise package.
If it isn't on the list
What if you run a different POS?
Beyond the POS partners above, the assessment goes through whatever is running at your venue today, one system at a time. On the demo request form you can name your POS software — if it isn't in the dropdown, type it into the “Other” field and the conversation starts from there.
The assessment is free and commits you to nothing: the first step is simply looking at what already works for you.
RevoUnion's reusable cup system lives on inside the Cheers app: the physical RevoToken can be digitized, it's always at hand, and it can be passed on to a friend. The guest needs one app — for the cup and for the loyalty program alike.
