Features in detail
Feature
Guests open your brand, not someone else's rewards app
Cheers gives you a native app for iOS and Android plus a browser interface — all three carrying your logo, your colors and your tone of voice. Your guest isn't looking for you inside a stranger's coupon app: they see their balance, their rewards and their orders in their own account. The same interface carries the loyalty program, the credit and the ordering too — your guest doesn't have to go to three different places.
Feature
Your own website, with a live menu, on your own domain
Cheers doesn't stop at the guest app: your venue also gets a standalone website running on your own domain. The menu, the daily specials, the opening hours and the news all come from the same backoffice you already use — change it there and the website changes with it. No separate web developer, no separate hosting, and no six-month-old PDF menu on the front page. There's a live example to look at: demo.cheers.hu.
Feature
Compliance isn't left to you: data and receipts in order
Credit, loyalty and ordering all involve personal data and money movement. Cheers documents data handling from consent through to deletion, and every credit purchase produces a sequentially numbered receipt, as accounting rules require. Guest data, credit movements and campaign sends stay inside the same system instead of sitting with three separate providers.
Feature
Several venues, one backoffice — and one app for the guest
A group isn't a group just because the same logo hangs on every wall. In Cheers your venues run under one account: separate menus, separate feeds and separate permissions, but a shared guest base and a shared database. The guest still uses a single app, even if they visit several of your places.
