Your guest posts about you — and spends the reward at your place
Social rewards hand out a reward for Instagram activity automatically: the guest doesn't share you because you asked, but because there's something in it for them. The reward arrives as credit or as a loyalty reward, so it stays in the house and brings them back. You set it up in the same place as your campaigns and promo codes.
Who it is for
For bars, cocktail bars, photogenic cafés and festivals where guests take pictures of the place anyway — and then nothing happens with them. It's strongest when your guest base is young and you've been trying to buy reach with ads so far. At an event the same mechanism turns the on-site experience into reach: visitors will take photos regardless, they just had no reason to tag you.
How it works
You decide what earns a reward
You define which Instagram activity earns a reward and how much it's worth. You also decide whether it's a one-off push for an opening week or something that runs continuously. The setup happens in the backoffice, and we work out the technical connection to your account together during the setup stage of the rollout.
The guest makes the content
Your guest posts for their own audience, in their own voice — this is the content you can't buy with ad spend. Meanwhile you don't have to produce creative for it, and you don't have to beg for it afterwards. The post comes from someone who was genuinely there.
The reward arrives automatically
Once the condition is met the system credits the reward on its own — nobody has to handle it by hand at the counter, and it doesn't depend on staff noticing. It can be credit, a loyalty reward or the next step of a challenge — and if you reward in credit, the balance shows up in the app and is spent at your place.
What you get out of it
Reach without a media budget
The audience of a guest who posts is made up of people who believe them. That doesn't take an ad budget, just a reward whose size you set — and which you only hand out if the activity actually happened.
The reward stays in the house
You pay in credit or a loyalty reward, not in cash: the value of the reward only materializes when the guest comes back to redeem it. The cost turns into another visit rather than a marketing invoice.
It can be built into a challenge
Social activity can also be a step in the public or private challenges of the Loyalty module, so it becomes a repeatable game instead of a one-off promotion — and completion is tracked by the system, not by your staff.
You can see what it cost
Rewards handed out are auditable in the backoffice alongside every other credit and reward movement, so you don't have to guess what the reach cost you, and you don't find out too late that it ran away with you.

Frequently asked questions
How does the system know the guest really posted?
You define the activity to be rewarded and its conditions, and we go through the technical connection with you during the setup stage of the rollout — it can differ by venue and by Instagram account, which is why we walk through it concretely in the free assessment before you set anything up.
Does it work for TikTok and Google reviews too?
Not yet. TikTok rewards and rewards for Google Places reviews are on the roadmap as planned features and can be prioritized on request — in the catalog's own labelling that means they aren't live, but they can be moved up the queue. What runs today is rewarding Instagram activity.
What should the reward be so it doesn't hurt?
Something that can only be spent at your place: credit, a loyalty reward or the next step of a challenge. Instead of cash you pay in your own product, and redeeming it is another visit. If your program works with tiers, social activity can be fitted into that logic too.
What stops someone from gaming it?
You set the conditions and how often a reward can be earned in the backoffice, and every reward handed out is traceable in the transaction history. If something looks off, you can see with whom and when it happened, and adjust without shutting down the whole thing.
