Several venues, one backoffice — and one app for the guest
A group isn't a group just because the same logo hangs on every wall. In Cheers your venues run under one account: separate menus, separate feeds and separate permissions, but a shared guest base and a shared database. The guest still uses a single app, even if they visit several of your places.
Who it is for
For multi-venue bar and café groups, canteens with several sites, and the festival where several points sell at the same time. It's useful even if you have one venue today and the second one is only on the plan. Franchise-style operations too: there the question is usually what the local team can set for themselves and what stays central.
How it works
Venues go under one account
Each location appears in the app with its own menu, its own prices and its own feed, but you manage them all in the same backoffice. One login, one guest database, one transaction history.
Everyone works at their own level
With permission levels the venue manager runs their own site — updating the menu, granting rewards — while you see the whole picture. There's no separate system and no separate login to maintain per location.
The data stays in one piece
In analytics you look at the numbers per venue, per period and per guest group, and segmentation filters by location as well. That way a campaign can go exactly to the venue where footfall dropped. Comparing venues comes from here too: where the challenge is working, and where credit has stalled.
What you get out of it
A new venue isn't a new system
One backoffice, one guest database, one settlement. The next location is a new venue inside what you already have, not a second software rollout. Your guests don't fragment into per-venue lists: your regular stays a regular at your second place too.
Prices come from where you maintain them anyway
Product prices sync from your stand software, with versioning. You don't have to rewrite the same price in two places, and you don't find out from the menu that it was missed.
Communication tailored to the location
Every venue has its own feed in the app, and you can send targeted messages by location — the downtown venue's promo doesn't interrupt the day of guests in the other district.
You don't throw out what you already have
The open API and the webshop integration give you connection points to your existing systems, and guests can pay with credit in your webshop as well.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to run the same menu and prices everywhere?
No. You set menus and prices per venue, with an availability toggle, and product prices can sync from the stand software per location. What has sold out at one place stays orderable at another.
What if my venues use different tills or stand software?
Product price sync comes from the stand software, and the open API gives a connection point to your other systems. Which venue can be hooked up directly is what we go through in the free assessment — that's where the rollout starts.
Does the guest have to register separately for each of my venues?
No. They sign in with the same account and the same balance on iOS, on Android and in a browser, and in the app they see each location's own feed, events and opening hours.
How much work is it to bring a second venue on board?
The rollout is the same three steps: assessment, setup, launch. By then the brand and the reward logic already exist, so what's left is the menu, the prices and staff training — we plan the exact schedule in the assessment.

In the free assessment we go through your venues, your tills and where it's worth launching first.
