A prize wheel that brings guests back for another round

Prize wheel, scratch card and raffle: the reward isn't predictable, which is exactly why it has stakes. You can set both single and multiple prizes, and once a prize is converted into credit it stays with you. The game isn't a separate app: it runs in the same one as ordering, balance and tiers.

Who it is for

For bars and cafés where the real question is always the second visit, and for events and festivals where a huge number of new people pass through at once — and forget the place by tomorrow unless you give them a reason. It also works where most of your guests come only once today: the game gives them a reason for a second time.

How it works

  1. You choose the format

A prize wheel for the quick spin that can be repeated; a scratch card for one-off, instant tension; a raffle for a longer campaign that closes with a draw. Same system, three different rhythms.

  2. You decide what goes on the fields

You set the prizes, and whether a prize is single — one winner takes it — or multiple, so several guests can get it. Rewards can be converted into credit, which makes the prize the cover for the next order.

  3. The guest plays, you see the outcome

The game runs in the app, the prize lands in the guest's account instantly, and the reward movement is searchable in the same backoffice as every other transaction.

What you get out of it

  • A reason for the next visit

The prize is redeemed at your place, not on the sofa at home. Whoever wins has business with you; whoever doesn't still has a game waiting next time. The game is a talking point in itself, and the talking point brings the group back to you.

  • The reward is turnover, not expense

If the prize is credit, no money leaves the till: the guest has to come back to spend it, and yours is the only place they can.

  • The stakes can be personal

The system also generates offers tailored to a guest or a group based on their consumption history, so not everyone is spinning for the same nothing.

  • It holds up at campaign scale

A raffle can run for weeks and the wheel every day — setup, scheduling and evaluation all live in the same backoffice.

Frequently asked questions

  • Won't it get expensive if lots of people win?

You decide what goes on the fields, and whether a prize is single — one winner takes it — or multiple. If the reward comes as credit, the cost isn't cash but a discount on a future order: the cover stays with you. You can re-edit the prizes in the loyalty CMS at any time, and review every reward movement in the backoffice before you launch the next campaign.

  • Does anything have to happen at the counter?

Spinning and scratching happen on the phone, and the prize goes into the guest's account by itself. All your colleague does is take a payment in credit or with a discount — the same motion as any other order.

  • Can it be combined with the other modules?

Yes, every module works on the same guest account: an order is loyalty data, a ticket purchase is worth credit and tier progress, and a prize lands as credit. What's worth tying the game to in your case is something we plan out in the assessment.

  • Does the guest have to download an app?

There's a native app for iOS and Android, but the same account and balance are reachable from a browser too, so nobody is left outside just because they don't want to download anything right now. And the app runs under your brand, not as some aggregator.

Let's see what belongs on the wheel

In the free assessment we work through which prizes are worth it for you and which format fits the rhythm of your venue.
