Tiers your regulars actually want to climb
The tier system is a multi-level loyalty ladder: the more a guest spends with you, the higher they climb, and the better the discounts and event entries they get. You are not handing out a plastic card, you are giving them a reason to come back. A tier is not a badge: it comes with a specific discount and a specific entry, and you define both.
Who it is for
For bars, cafés and clubs where the same few hundred returning guests bring in most of the revenue, and for canteens where coming back daily is the whole point. It has the biggest effect where your three-times-a-week regular currently gets exactly the same treatment as someone walking in for the first time. It also makes sense for a series of events or a festival, where the same audience comes back for several dates.
How it works
You design the tiers
In the backoffice you set how many tiers there are, how much spend or how many visits it takes to move up, and what each one is worth: a discount, a gift, or entry to an event. No developer needed, and the structure can be rewritten at any time.
The guest collects, the system counts
Everything spent with you and every registered visit counts towards the ladder automatically. In the app the guest sees which tier they are on, what it gets them, and how much is missing before the next one.
The tier applies by itself
The moment a guest moves up, the discounts and entries attached to that tier go live. There is nothing extra to do at the counter: the regulars view and the loyalty avatar show who you are serving.
What you get out of it
Somewhere to come back to
A half-filled tier is a stronger reason to return than a generic discount — a guest does not want to walk away from what they have already collected.
Higher basket value
Someone close to the next tier is happier to add one more item to the order. You set the threshold, so you set the incentive.
Regulars genuinely get something else
Each tier carries its own discount and its own entries, so your best guests have a visible advantage, not just a badge.
Discount cost you can plan
You decide what each tier is worth, so discounting is a number you can budget for rather than a one-off gesture.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to set up?
Tiers, thresholds and the rewards behind them are all configured in the backoffice, with no developer involved. You can put a three or four tier structure together in one sitting, and reshape it later if it does not produce what you expected. You can add tiers later without the collecting your guests have already done being lost.
Does the staff have to do anything?
No. Moving up a tier and applying the discount are automatic, so there is no extra step at the counter. The regulars view shows which tier a guest is on if you also want to react to it in person.
What if we already have a POS?
The tier system lives in the app and in the backoffice, and works with the product prices coming from your POS software. You do not have to replace your existing till to run a tiered loyalty programme. Product price versioning also means you can look up afterwards what price a guest actually got an item at.
What counts towards moving up?
Spend with you and registered visits — you decide which one the threshold is based on. Every transaction sits in the same database, so the ladder can be traced back afterwards.
