Module 06 · Backoffice
A written weekly summary of your numbers — with the campaign copy attached
In the Cheers backoffice every transaction, campaign and guest movement sits in one database. The AI writes you a plain-language summary of the week from it, and generates campaign copy, push messages and feed posts from the same data.
Who it is for
For the owner or venue manager who is never going to browse dashboards between two shifts — in a bar, a café, a canteen or at a festival. It pays off most when you have no dedicated marketer but still want to know each week what happened and what to do next. If you run a seasonal venue or a festival, it also helps you see the swings instead of just feeling them.
How it works
One database, every movement
Credit top-ups, orders, rewards and campaigns all land in the same backoffice. There is nothing to export from three places and stitch together: the AI works on the same data you see in analytics. So the weekly picture no longer depends on who had time to pull the numbers.
The week, written out
The system doesn't put a chart in front of you, it puts sentences: what went well, what dropped, and what's worth doing about it. You read it over a coffee and you know where to step in.
Content from the same data
If the summary turns into a campaign, the AI writes the copy for it — campaign text, a push message or a feed post. You read it, rewrite it if you want, and send it. You pick the target group in the same place, so the copy and the segment don't drift apart.
What you get out of it
You're not reading a report, you're deciding
The summary tells you in plain sentences what changed during the week. You don't have to interpret metrics to spot where something slipped. The reason behind a weaker week reaches you sooner than the monthly close would.
The copy comes from your own data
Generated campaign copy is built on your own turnover, your rewards and your guest movements, not on a generic template. That's why it can be specific: it talks about what actually happened at your venue.
The suggestion comes with the execution
Because campaign management is AI-supported, the summary can become a campaign in one go: segment, copy and scheduling all in the same screen.
Steady communication instead of empty weeks
If nobody is there to write something every week, communication dies out. This feature helps exactly where marketing used to fail for the simple reason that there was no one to write it.

Frequently asked questions
Who decides in the end — the AI or me?
You do. Both the summary and the generated copy are suggestions: you read them, rewrite them, and they only go out when you send them. Nothing reaches your guests without your approval.
How much data does it need to be useful?
The more modules you run, the more movement lands in the database and the more specific the summary gets. That's why we pick the first two modules together during the assessment — credit and loyalty, for example, already produce enough material in the first weeks. If you start with a single module the summary will be narrower too — we tell you that upfront, you don't find out later.
What about guest data?
Data handling, consent and the deletion process are documented end to end, and GDPR compliance is part of the platform. The specific questions — who sees what, what ends up in the report — we go through during the assessment, tailored to how you operate.
Do I need a marketer or a separate tool for this?
No. Both the report and the content are produced inside the backoffice, in the same place where you schedule the campaign. You don't need to buy a separate BI tool or copywriting service alongside it. If you do have a marketer, it's an accelerator for them: they start from a finished draft instead of a blank page.
Let's see what your data would say
In the free assessment we look at what data you collect today and show you the kind of weekly summary and campaign copy the system would write from it.
